1. All Hong Kong orders are delivered via SF Express.
2. SF Express provides daytime delivery services to both commercial and residential addresses. Customers may also choose to collect their parcels from a nearby SF Service Point or Smart Locker (please enter the relevant Service Point or Smart Locker address in the delivery address field). A notification will be sent by SMS or email once the parcel has arrived.
3. Delivery time is generally approximately 2–10 working days after successful confirmation of stock availability and dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on logistics arrangements, location, or other factors.
4. During periods when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, logistics and delivery services may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to supply issues, system errors, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Company will notify the customer as soon as possible and arrange a full refund. Where applicable, alternative solutions or appropriate compensation may also be offered.
