1. All Hong Kong orders are delivered via SF Express.
2. SF Express provides daytime delivery services to both commercial and residential addresses. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to supply issues, system errors, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Company will notify the customer as soon as possible and arrange a full refund. Where applicable, alternative solutions or appropriate compensation may also be offered.
