Zhiyun MOLUS X200 RGB Introduction

Zhiyun MOLUS X200 RGB is a video light, combining a high-power output of 200W with an ultra-lightweight body measuring 165 × 115 × 82 mm. Its compact size makes it easy to hold with one hand or set up quickly, requiring only about 10 seconds to assemble. It's suitable for outdoor shooting, mobile creative work, or small studio use. The MOLUS X200 uses a COB light source, providing a wide colour temperature range of 2700K to 6500K, supporting daylight and tungsten modes, and boasting high color fidelity (CRI ≥ 95, TLCI ≥ 97, CQS 96), ensuring accurate and natural colors suitable for professional-grade imaging needs. It delivers powerful output brightness, reaching 8900 lux at a distance of 1 meter (5500K) without accessories, and increasing to approximately 19,000 lux (or some sources indicate approximately 19,000 lux) with the original lens reflector. The light spots transition naturally and softly, providing excellent illumination.

The cooling system features a rear-mounted fan design, ensuring quiet and efficient operation and preventing overheating that could affect extended use. Power supply is flexible and versatile, supporting AC power adapters (100-240V), USB PD fast charging (cable sold separately), or V-mount batteries (built-in V-mount board, battery sold separately) to meet the needs of various shooting scenarios. The control interface is simple, equipped with an LED display and two knobs, allowing direct adjustment of brightness and color temperature on the camera body. It also supports Bluetooth connection to the ZY Vega app (compatible with Android and iOS) for remote wireless dimming, multi-light networking, and real-time control, and includes a variety of preset lighting effects. The MOLUS X200 uses a standard Bowens S-mount, making it compatible with most Bowens accessories on the market, facilitating the use of softboxes, diffusers, or other light conversion tools. Included accessories are a lens hood, a rotating bracket (5/8" receiver to 1/4" - 20mm screw), a power cord, and a carrying case, enhancing ease of use.
