1. All Hong Kong orders are delivered via SF Express.
2. SF Express provides daytime delivery services to both commercial and residential addresses. A notification will be sent by SMS or email once the parcel has arrived.
3. Delivery time is generally approximately 2–10 working days after successful confirmation of stock availability and dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on logistics arrangements, location, or other factors.
4. During periods when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, logistics and delivery services may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding.

Where applicable, alternative solutions or appropriate compensation may also be offered.
